Join us as guest presenters at the Myasthenia Gravis Support Group in Southern California, where we will lead an introductory adaptive yoga class designed for all skill levels. Our approach integrates the clinical advantages of yoga and breathwork with the a strong understanding of the specific needs of the MG community.
